Are you a newly qualified or experienced French teacher? Both are encouraged to apply.

We have great honest relationships with our schools. This school is in the Selby area so easily accessible from Leeds, York, Selby and Wakefield. Our partnership school is looking for a dedicated MFL French teacher who can really see the potential of their students and bring it out of them! You must be a great French linguist confident to teach your craft to GCSE students. Due to the Covid-19 climate we are looking for a strong teacher who has received Good and Outstanding type observations recently, with references to back this up. (NQTs are encouraged to apply you will be given NQT time).

Immediate start Full Time long term
£120 £170 (experience based)

The school do teach up to KS5 so it would be an advantage if you can teach A-Level, but this is not essential as the team are quite flexible with the timetable. If you have any other interest let us know as the school do cater for and encourage new extra-curricular clubs.
It would be an advantage if you can teach another language to KS3 but not essential.

The school has a very supportive MFL department ranging from highly experienced members of the SLT team to RQTs, so do not feel like you will be overlooked if you are an NQT as you will have the support. All teachers with strong subject knowledge and experience of the current UK French curriculum are encouraged to apply. You will be joining a well-supported department. Schemes of Work will all be sorted for the rest of the year and you will need to simply tailor this to your student's abilities.

You must be able to provide two recent school referees and have a DBS on the update service or be willing to get one.
