Job description
Food Technology Teacher in Bristol

Protocol Education are looking to recruit a Food Technology teacher in Bristol, on a full time basis. The role will commence in September 2018 and carry on until the end of the academic year. If the candidate gets on well the school would look at recruiting them directly after this probation' period. The School are an inclusive academy which fosters high aspiration in all students, recognising that no matter what a child's prior experience or background, they deserve the opportunity to pursue excellence. This ethos is evident when working in the School which has a friendly and hard working atmosphere.

The School itself is rated as 'Good' by OFSTED and has a very supportive senior leadership team so the succesful applicant will be starting a new role in a School where they will be valued and supported throughout.

The successful candidate would:

·Need to have experience of teaching food technology to students in both KS3 and KS4.
·Have the ability to follow the behaviour strategies that have been put in place.
·Understand the importance of providing an inclusive practise for those students who need that additional support in this particular subject area.
