Flexible Teaching Assistant

We're working with a brilliant and diverse primary school in the BS11 area that is looking for SEN Teaching Assistants to support on a flexible, part-time and ad hoc basis.

You'll work across mainstream classrooms and the school's behavioural support provision, helping pupils who need additional support to engage with learning, manage emotions, and build confidence in school.

Whether you're looking for one day a week, a few days each week, or flexible work to fit around other commitments, we'd love to hear from you.

We're looking for people who:

• Have experience supporting children with SEND, SEMH, or behavioural needs (preferred)
• Can build positive relationships quickly
• Are calm, patient, and adaptable
• Enjoy working as part of a team and making a difference to children's school experience

Requirements:

• Enhanced Child Workforce DBS registered on the Update Service
• References covering the last 2 years

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
