Protocol Education are looking for talented and ambitious supports staff who have a genuine passion or desire to work in schools and with children. We currently have vacancies in Primary, Secondary and Special Needs schools in the Richmond and Twickenham area, there are all full time and part time roles available that would ideally start after the Easter half term break.

If you are looking for flexible work that can fit around other commitments or you are just ideally looking for consistent part time work then this could be a great opportunity for you.
Experience working with children in a primary, secondary, SEND and even nursery environments this would be a massive bonus however other child related experience would also be considered such as coaching, tutoring, nannying, after school/holiday clubs.

As a specialist LSA, successful candidates will need the following experience and skills:
• Experience working within the child care sector
• Experience working with SEND children.
• Excellent communication skills, the ability to use initiative and work well under pressure.
• Be able to differentiate work to support needs of children.
