We're working with a vibrant secondary school in Tower Hamlets looking for an enthusiastic Female Sports Coach to join their team on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting participation, developing sporting talent, and creating positive experiences for students across a range of physical activities.

What you'll be doing:

• Delivering engaging sports coaching sessions to secondary-aged students
• Supporting PE lessons and extracurricular sports programmes
• Encouraging participation, teamwork, and healthy lifestyles
• Helping students develop confidence, resilience, and leadership skills
• Organising and supporting school fixtures, tournaments, and sporting events
• Acting as a positive role model for young people across the school community

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience coaching sport with children or young people
• Holds relevant coaching qualifications or has a strong sporting background
• Is energetic, positive, and passionate about inspiring the next generation
• Has excellent communication and behaviour management skills
• Enjoys working as part of a supportive and collaborative team
• Is committed to promoting inclusion and participation in sport

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
