Job description
Facilities Manager required in Ealing!

Protocol Education's Secondary division are recruiting for Non-Classroom Support Staff. There is currently a high demand amongst our client schools in West London area, and we need your help!

Facilities Manager Duties & Responsibilities:

The role involves the provision of effective and efficient management of the school site and site team, to provide a clean, healthy and safe environment for users of the premises, grounds and equipment.
To assist your line manager in facilities planning and delivery of agreed projects and development plan for the site.
The management of all always remises related contracts and services including the reporting and budget management ensuring best values.
To ensure compliance with relevant legal and statutory health & safety matters within the work undertaken by the site team

Person Specifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to organise and prioritise tasks
* Ability to use initiative
• Positive attitude
• A desire to work with and a commitment to the safeguarding of children
• A capacity for hard work and the ability to manage its pressures

-You can provide at least two suitable references
-You hold a DBS registered to the update service (or are happy to apply for a DBS certificate)
-You are available full time
-You are available for at least 3 months

As part of these checks, we require a current Enhanced DBS Disclosure for everyone working in schools. If you do not have a valid subscription to the DBS Update Service, we will require you to complete a new DBS application as part of the registration process, at a cost of £44.00.
