Job description
We are currently working with a large Primary Academy looking for a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Nurse with experience of working with Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum.

You will be working across their Nursery and Reception Class so it is essential that you have experience of working across the EYFS stage, and be able to offer effective support in areas such as phonics. Initially this is a temporary position covering long term absence for the autumn term, with the potential to extend.

The school are looking for a caring, patient, and highly effective member of staff who is able to work from his or her own initiative and become a part of a successful team. you must have an NVQ or Cache Level 3 as a minimum requirement for the role and a paediatric First Aid qualification is desirable.

To be eligible to apply for this position, you will need to be available to start in September, as well as being able to commit to working 8.00am - 4.30pm. You must have a good command of numeracy and literacy.

We undertake safeguarding checks on all our workers in accordance with the DfE statutory guidance Keeping Children Safe in Education'. As part of these checks, we require a current Enhanced DBS Disclosure for everyone working in schools. If you do not have a valid subscription to the DBS Update Service, we will require you to complete a new DBS application as part of the registration process, at a cost of £44.00
