At Protocol Education we are searching for experienced and highly motived SEND Teaching Assistants to join our supply team. If you have a passion for offering quality tailored care and support to children with a wide variety of additional needs whilst gaining personal support from a dedicated consultant then this could be a great opportunity for you.

The successful candidate will:
•Understand the individuals needs, not offer a common approach to all.
•Obtain a Cache Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
•Have experience within a SEN role alongside good de-escalation skills, patience and calm approach.
•An enhanced DBS or the willingness to have one undertaken.
•Be a reliable, flexible and consistent induvial throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
•Effective record keeping in line with child's induvial plans and targets.
•Engage in productive and meaningful 1:1 and small group sessions and activities.
•Offering day to day support for life skills.
•Prepare any activities or resources under teachers' instruction.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
