Looking for a role where every small win really matters?
We’re working with a genuinely supportive Primary in Shropshire that’s on the lookout for an EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their team. This isn’t your average classroom. It’s a place where patience, creativity, and a calm presence go a long way, and where no two days ever look quite the same.
The school supports pupils across a wide range of needs, from PMLD through to SEMH, with a strong focus on autism support. That means variety, challenge, and the chance to make a real impact, every single day.
You’ll be right at the heart of the classroom, supporting children to feel safe, settled, and ready to learn. Expect a mix of structure, spontaneity, and those brilliant “that’s a breakthrough” moments.
It’s hands-on, it’s rewarding, and yes, it can be challenging, but you’ll never be doing it alone.
We’re looking for someone who’s already had some hands-on experience, this could be through:
Not ticked every box? That’s okay. If you’ve got the right attitude and a genuine passion for supporting children, we still want to hear from you.
We keep things simple, supportive, and focused on you.
We’re not just here to place you somewhere. We’re here to find you a role where you feel valued, supported, and excited to walk through the door each morning.
If this sounds like the job role for you apply today!
