A lovely, community-driven primary school in W3 is looking for a confident, nurturing EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2025 through to the end of the academic year. You'll be part of a creative and caring environment where play, curiosity, and confidence-building take centre stage.
Supporting pupils in Nursery or Reception with day-to-day learning and development
Creating a fun, safe and inclusive classroom environment where every child thrives
Helping with phonics, sensory play, and those all-important snack times
Working closely with the class teacher and EYFS team to support progress
Previous EYFS experience (nursery or primary school setting)
A calm, playful and patient approach
A genuine love for helping little learners grow
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
Thrive trained or keen to access our free training (schools love this!)
Confident supporting speech and language or early developmental milestones
