Are you a recent Graduate with a passion for working with children between the age of 5-11?

Protocol are currently working with a large school in Tower Hamlets who are looking for patient, reliable and enthusiastic support staff to join their team.

As a graduate Teaching Assistant, you will support the class teacher in delivering effective lessons and aiding students learning. You will be responsible for leading small group sessions in order to bridge gaps in the students' knowledge.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain classroom experience before going on to complete your Teacher Training. You will be given full support by Protocol and our partner schools; this includes access to comprehensive online training at no extra cost.

A strong knowledge of English and Maths is essential to this role.

The ideal candidate will;

•Have prior experience working with SEND students, either in the classroom or within the wider community
•Live locally to Tower Hamlets or can travel to Tower Hamlets easily
•Be educated to a degree level (2:1 or above desirable)
•A degree in English or Maths would be highly beneficial
•Enthusiastic and energetic with a real desire to make a difference to life of your students
•Be professional at all times, adhering to the relevant safeguarding procedures at all times
•Flexible
