An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated EYFS SEND Teacher to join a highly supportive specialist setting in Telford. This role focuses on working with children aged 0–5 who have a range of additional needs, including autism, developmental delay and learning difficulties, offering the chance to make a meaningful impact during the earliest stages of education.
About the School
The school provides a structured, nurturing environment for pupils with EHCPs, with a strong emphasis on early development and individualised support. The curriculum is flexible and engaging, designed to meet a wide range of needs including sensory processing, communication and social interaction. The Role
As an EYFS SEND Teacher, you will plan and deliver personalised, play-based learning that reflects each child’s developmental stage and individual needs. You will create a calm, inclusive classroom environment where children feel safe to explore and learn, while working closely with support staff and other professionals to ensure consistent, high-quality provision.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
