An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated EYFS SEND Teacher to join a highly supportive specialist setting in Shropshire. This role focuses on working with children aged 0–5 who have a range of additional needs, including autism, developmental delay and learning difficulties, offering the chance to make a meaningful impact during the earliest stages of education.

The Role
As an EYFS SEND Teacher, you will plan and deliver personalised, play-based learning that reflects each child’s developmental stage and individual needs. You will create a calm, inclusive classroom environment where children feel safe to explore and learn, while working closely with support staff and other professionals to ensure consistent, high-quality provision.
