A large school in Bristol (BS7) are seeking a teaching assistant to support a child with special educational needs in their Reception class. This role is to start ASAP on a long term basis.

The successful applicant will:

  • Have a calm, caring and flexible approach
  • Have previous experience of working in a school (desirable)
  • Be able to work as part of a team, working closely with the Class Teacher 
  • Have excellent communication skills 
  • Be able to use their initiative to adapt activities to meet the needs of the students
  • Be self-motivated
