A welcoming and well-established primary school in Weybridge (KT13) is looking to appoint a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join their Early Years team on a full-time, long-term basis from September 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a nurturing school community where children are encouraged to develop confidence, curiosity, and independence through engaging, play-based learning. You'll work alongside an experienced EYFS team who are passionate about giving every child the very best start to their education.

The Role

Position: Nursery Practitioner

Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term

Start Date: September 2026

Location: Weybridge, Surrey (KT13)

‍ We're Looking For Someone Who:

✨ Holds a full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)

✨ Has experience working within a nursery, preschool, or primary school EYFS setting

✨ Has a strong understanding of the EYFS Framework

✨ Is caring, patient, enthusiastic, and passionate about supporting young children

✨ Creates stimulating learning experiences through play

✨ Builds positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

✨ Works effectively within a collaborative team

✨ Has excellent safeguarding knowledge and a child-centred approach
