Job description
EYFS/KS1 Full Time Teaching Assistant Needed

We are currently recruiting for an EYFS/KS1 Teaching assistant to start working full time in a Chesterfield based School, working with pupils in EY/FS and KS1.

The successful candidate:
-Will have experience working with children in EY/FS and KS1.
-Will have excellent team work skills to work with other adults in the class.
-Will understand and meet the needs of children with SEND/EAL difficulties.
-Will understand and respect the school's policies and guidelines, as well as be aware of the needs of the pupils you are supporting.
-Must feel competent to deal with challenging behaviour effectively.
-Must be looking for full time employment.

-Further experience supporting pupils who genuinely need positive, caring and professional support, to ensure their safe progression.
-The opportunity to be considered for other positions Protocol will have available in the future.
-All valued candidates working within Protocol are offered the opportunity to complete CPD, including Team Teach.
