Job description
The Governors of this outstanding School, situated in Balham, are looking to appoint a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Teacher. The Unit provides a number of outdoor learning environments, to suit all interests and allow the children to explore and develop through self play.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in this environment and be passionate about working with young children.

The role of an Early Years Teacher includes:
• providing a safe, secure and stimulating environment in which the children can play and learn with minimal structure
• Supporting the development of the communication and language of the pupils
• Supporting the physical development of the pupils
• Providing and developing inclusive play and consulting with the children to involve them in any choices or decision making
• Completing observations
• Being prepared to work outdoors for 80% of the time
