Job description
Protocol are looking for learning support assistants that are looking to develop their experience and skills working students with special needs such as physical disabilities, autism, challenging behaviour.

As part of the role, you will be required to work with SEN students across all ages in our outstanding SEN schools. Successful candidates will be required to both work one to one as well as leading small groups supporting students with special needs.

As a specialist LSA successful candidates will need the following skills and qualifications:
• Confident and open to working with a variety of special needs
• Excellent communication skills
• Be able to differentiate work to support individual needs of children
• Comfortable supporting personal care such as feeding and changing.
• Subject to a disclosure barred service or currently registered to the updated service.
