Calling individuals with experience in childcare for children with special education needs and disabilities.

We have a fantastic opportunity for you to use your skills in a school environment as a learning support assistant. You will be supporting a class teacher and working one to one with students to assist them with any additional needs. The position is available from September 2019 and will be Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8:30 and 4. No formal qualifications are necessary to apply for this role but we value experience in care, work with SEN and mentoring roles as well as a positive attitude and caring personality.

What can you expect from the role?
-Supporting pupil's with autistic spectrum disorders and social communication difficulties.
-September 2019 Start.
-8.30am- 4pm, Monday-Friday.
-Classes of 6-8 pupils.

What we expect from a candidate.
-Passion for supporting children challenged with SEND.
-Creativity and enthusiasm.
-An enhanced DBS disclosure on the Update Service. (Or be willing to complete this)
-Experience working with children in the past 3 years.
