Job description
Experienced Learning Support Assistants Needed

Are you looking for flexible and fulfilling work close to home?

We are currently recruiting Learning Support Assistants to work Flexible daily/short term as well as the opportunity for long term roles, within some of our fantastic primary schools and academies in and around the Hounslow, Slough and Hillingdon area.

Ideally we are looking for people with at least 6-12 months experience working with children or young people in a classroom setting within the UK and a passionate and confident approach to support work. LSA roles are highly desired, offering aspiring teachers or those considering a future career in education the opportunity to gain invaluable practical school based experience and the work can be varied and rewarding. You may be getting involved with everything from Classroom Support to 1:1 and group work and therefore we expect you to have a can do approach and the ability to adapt to new environments.

In return you will receive competitive rates of pay, free ongoing CPD training, as well as continued support from a consultant for your area, who will work with you, to match the right schools and jobs for you.
