Job description
I am currently seeking cover supervisors for both full and part time roles in the 2016/17 academic year.

Protocol Education Leicester work with a select number of schools in the Leicestershire area, and have a large requirement for enthusiastic and knowledgeable cover supervisors next year. No two days will ever be the same, so you must be adaptable and be able to cope well in a wide range of environments. Strong behaviour management skills are a must for this role, and you will ideally have experience of working within education already.

A subject specialism would be desirable, however this is not a must in order to perform well in this role. This is a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring teacher or PGCE candidate who is looking to take their first step into teaching, and we are able to offer excellent support in order to ensure that you develop with us. Our candidates benefit from regular CPD courses (free of charge) and industry leading rates of pay.

To be successful for this role you must have:

•Eligibility to work in the UK

•Strong interpersonal skills.

•A sense of humour is desirable (

•A genuine passion for education and a strong willingness to develop yourself

•A willingness to be flexible is also desirable

•Sound behaviour management

•Your own transport is desirable due to the nature of the role

Protocol Education are one of the UK's leading teaching agencies. Our commitment to our candidates is second to none, and we work tirelessly on behalf of our clients and candidates. As a member of team, you will enjoy the following benefits:

•A dedicated consultant that understands your requirements

•Industry leading rates of pay

•Regular (and free) CPD courses

•Expert career advice aimed at ensuring you can move freely within your career

For more information, or to discuss the above role, contact Leigh on 0116 285 1615 or send your CV to Leigh.edwards@protocol-education.com

Please note: We undertake safeguarding checks on all our workers in accordance with the DfE statutory guidance 'Keeping Children Safe in Education'. As part of these checks, we require a current Enhanced DBS Disclosure for everyone working in schools. If you do not have a valid subscription to the DBS Update Service, we will require you to complete a new DBS application as part of the registration process, at a cost of £44.00.
