Job description
Have you considered working as a Support Assistant within a School based in London? Don't worry, no prior school experience is needed but a background in care or medical, including feeding and changing, or experience of mental health and illnesses would be the ideal experience we are looking for.

We work with a number of Special Educational Needs schools across London. A number of the children we support require personal care so any experience of this would be essential.

We also have a number of students with medical needs, and have nurses who administer medication at our schools, so again any experience working in hospitals or doctors surgeries would be advantageous.

Some students we work with have Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs, so a background in mental health would give you a great basis of knowledge to apply to the role.

Any experience of the above would be ideal, and the schools we work with can train you on the teaching support side. So if you feel you have some relevant experience that could be transferred to a school setting, then please call the team at Protocol Education to discuss opportunities on 0203 219 7745.
