Job description
Exam Invigilators required in the borough of EAST London

Protocol Education’s Secondary division are recruiting for experienced Secondary Exam Invigilates. There is currently a high demand amongst our client schools in West London area, as the exam season now approaches, and runs through each period of the academic year.

Responsibilities

You will be expected to supervise students in the exam hall, provide instruction to the pupils as directed by the lead exam invigilator, have an understanding of latest JCQ Standards for national exams and be enthusiastic and pro-active in supporting the other invigilators.  you will maintain good order as a professional role model, and ensure pupils are following examination guidelines, rules and regulations

This role would be beneficial to those looking to gain experience within a mainstream setting, or aspiring examination officers who would like to gain experience.

Person Specification

 

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills


  • Positive attitude


  • A desire to work with and a commitment to the safeguarding of children


  • Confidence, drive and enthusiasm


  • Able to follow instructions and demonstrate team player attitude


  • A capacity for hard work and the ability to manage its pressures


  • Good observational skills


  • Hold DBS registered on the update service or be willing to apply for one
