Job description
Protocol Education are looking to recruit Exam Invigilators on a temporary/casual basis, in preparation for the busy exam period between May July 2019.

The schools we work closely with in relation to exam invigilation are based within Leeds, particularly the Cookridge, Roundhay, Moortown and Hunslet area.

Due to the varying of exams, it is desirable that you are flexible with your working hours between 8am and 4pm Monday to Friday, this can vary from a minimum of 2.5 hours up to 7 hours dependent on the number of exams you will be covering during the day. This role will also suit an individual who is looking for part time/hourly work.

In order to be successful as an exam invigilator you must have good attention to detail, excellent time keeping and high organisational skills. Experience is not necessary as our schools provide 1 hours training prior to the exam period. However, it is necessary that you are computer literate and have a clear understanding of the role.

The main role as an invigilator is to ensure that the running of exams happen effectively and efficiently. Additional tasks include; exam rooms preparation, distributing/collecting exam papers and relevant equipment, advising students of exam regulations and ensuring all regulatory requirements are followed.

Key attributes of an exam invigilator would be someone who is confident, trustworthy and adaptable.
