Job description
Protocol Education are looking to recruit a full time English teacher in Swindon to work at a well established Special School providing education for secondary aged pupils experiencing Social, Emotional and Mental Health Difficulties. They have a strong staff team who bring with them a wide range of experience from education and other employment. In order to strengthen the team further they are now looking to appoint a full time English teacher. The posts will initially be on a temporary contract though Protocol Education with the opportunity for it to be permanent should both parties be happy.
The School has a very supportive senior leadership team who are there to support you through your time in employment. The role is 5 days a week and based in Swindon - however the School is easily commutable from surrounding areas.

The chosen candidate must:

- Have a recognised teaching qualification
- Experience working with students who have experienced social, emotional and mental health difficulties
- Be available to start September 2018
- undertake Protocol Education's clearing procedure including - X 2 references within the last 5 years of career history
- Have a current and valid DBS check and be on the update service or willing to undertake one
- Be adaptable and be able to cope with challenging situation
- Have the ability to provide and an engaging teaching environment to get the best out of the students
