Job description
Protocol Education is a leading specialist recruitment agency working within the Education sector, we are currently recruiting for a specialist English Teacher for a well established school in the Newcastle area.

The ideal Candidate will be enthusiastic about both their subject and engaging with their pupils, possess a real passion to help pupils maximise their potential is essential. They will also be comfortable working with students with a large ability range.

The role will require the ability to teach both Key Stage 3 and 4 and requires a high level of behavioural management and drive to ensure each student reaches their potential.

Applicants must have:
* QTS
* A drive and determination to support the development of every student.
* Strong classroom / behavioural management skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
