THE ROLE - ENGLISH TEACHER
From September 2016, our client school requires an inspirational, well qualified and hardworking teacher of English to join a successful, supportive and popular Literacy department with excellent facilities. You will deliver Science throughout Key Stages 3 (KS3) and 4 (KS4).
This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified English teacher (NQT) as well as English Teachers with more experience. The successful candidate will be a high calibre English teacher with a drive to deliver the highest quality teaching and learning, contributing to our client school's students' educational experience.
ENGLISH TEACHER SPECIFICATION
To be considered for this role, you will need to be a English Teacher who has obtained Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills Status (QTLS). Overseas Trained Teachers (OTT) who have had their qualifications verified by UK NARIC will also be considered. You will be required to engage, enthuse, motivate and challenge students to maintain the school's high standards of achievement. The successful English Teacher will be able to contribute positively to the continuation of an ambitious and progressive English department. You will need to consistently plan and deliver the curriculum utilising a high level of initiative and organisation.
