Job description
A fantastic job for an English Teacher with QTS to join a leading provision secondary education for young people with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties on the edge of Leicestershire and Northamptonshire. This fantastic school has high hopes for its pupils and teaching staff share the same energy and passion about positive outcomes and as such is recognised by Ofsted as a good school.

Students enjoy attending this school and achieve well. They make good progress in English, Science and Mathematics and leave school well prepared for their next steps in education or training. Teachers at this school have high levels of energy and make learning a lively experience. The school encourages students to join in and respond with considerable enthusiasm to their learning.

Behaviour and safety are excellent. The school has a very strong commitment to meeting social and behavioural needs of every student and teachers are supported by a strong network of learning support assistants and behaviour mentors.

This English Teacher role promises opportunity to be involved in positive outcomes and other area’s of learning within the school. The staff are “a team” and are well supported by the Senior Leadership Team who are all actively engaged in developing staff as well as their pupils.
