Are you an enthusiastic, passionate, and dedicated Teacher of English looking for a new role?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, highly motivated professional to teach English across KS3, KS4  & KS5 in a supportive and team- orientated School graded as ‘Good’ in all categories. 

We are working in partnership with a secondary school based in Barnsley who are seeking to appoint a Teaching of English to join them on a full-time/part-time basis.

The successful candidate will need:

  • To be a qualified teacher (QTS)
  • A commitment to working collaboratively as part of a team to actively promote inclusion and ensure the safeguarding of all pupils
  • Take pride in helping students who can sometimes find school life challenging
  • Be flexible, positive and have a ‘can do attitude’
  • Experience of working as an English Teacher up to at least KS4 (Experience of Teaching English up to KS5 is desirable)
