Protocol Education are currently working with a modern and thriving Secondary School in North Bristol who are looking for an English specialist (QTS Required) to join their expanding department for September 2026.

What the Role Involves
Planning & Marking
Delivering high quality, purposeful, engaging English content and lessons
Differientating and tailoring for pupils with SEND or additional needs
Working together collaboratively within the English department to support and lead the department to success
Teaching up to GCSE, however being flexible for A-Levels if needs be
The school are looking for;
English ECTs or fully qualified English teachers
Experience teaching English within UK classrooms
Strong knowledge of the English Curriculum
Experience within English GCSE's and relevant exam boards
A calm, professional & unique classroom presence
Clear, confident communication skills
Flexibility, reliability, and a passion for student progress
