Our schools mainly come to us with long-term roles, which can lead to permenant positions (temp to perm being 20 weeks).

Our educators work anywhere between 2–5 days per week and often secure long-term roles within a few weeks. What the Role Involves

You’ll deliver pre-planned English lessons that keep students engaged and focused. The role includes:

• Teaching pre-set English lessons across KS3–KS4

• Building students’ confidence in reading, writing and analysis

• Managing behaviour with positivity and consistency

• Supporting learners during tasks and explaining key concepts

• Collecting completed work and providing feedback to staff

• Adapting confidently to different groups and routines

This role is ideal for English specialists who want to grow their subject delivery and classroom leadership.
