The Role

As an English Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support students across KS3 and KS4 in English lessons
• Work 1:1 and in small groups to develop literacy skills
• Help students engage with reading, writing, and discussion
• Support pupils with additional needs, including SEND and SEMH
• Work alongside teachers to adapt tasks and resources
• Encourage confidence in communication and expression

You’ll play a key role in helping students develop essential skills for both school and beyond.
