The Role;
This position performs a key role in developing our academic interventions. This is a dynamic role with a real opportunity to make a difference to students that need it the most. You will be providing small group intervention for Mathematics and/or English and will be expected to deliver a highly structured programme of intervention. Experience in schools or QTS is desirable, we would also welcome applications from Graduates, TA's or HLTA's who may be looking to teach in the future or focus on small group intervention work.


The Candidate;
•Degree Qualified in English language/Maths
•Intricate communication skills
•Behaviour management skills are beneficial but not compulsory
•Proven track record of raising attainment levels within personal studies
•To act in the best interest of the learners at all times whilst complying with school policy
•DBS Checked
•QTS
•References available on request
•Right to work in the U.K.
