Protocol Education are working on behalf a of a Newcastle secondary school to recruit an Engineering Teacher. This is a part time vacancy with the successful candidate being required 2 days per week (Thursday and Friday), up until at least Christmas. There is a strong possibility the successful candidate will be required until the end of the academic year.

The school is located in the west of Newcastle, making it easily accessible from the A1 and public transport routes from the city centre. The school is home to a sixth form. The successful candidate will be required to teach engineering to KS5.

The successful candidate will

Have experience teaching Engineering in a secondary environment.
Have QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or be working towards it, or another relevant teaching qualification.
