Our client school, based in Lincoln, Lincs are keen to appoint full-time Teachers and Teaching/Learning Assistants with experience working in both 1:1 and small group settings.

The school wishes to interview experienced and highly motivated teachers/TA's willing to join our pool of excellent staff.
The Special School has an established and highly effective team of permanent members of staff, supported, as and when necessary, by teachers who are paid on an hourly rate.
Teachers are required who are specialists in GCSE English, Maths or Science although other subject specialisms are also welcome to apply. Teachers who are willing to work with Primary and Secondary age pupils, or who have experience and/or qualifications in SEN, are welcomed.
The School provides lessons in both pupils' homes and three bases throughout Lincolnshire. They also deliver virtual lessons using Microsoft Teams for those pupils who are unable to access other models of learning. Pupils who receive education support are diagnosed as medically unfit to return to school or have social/communication or mental health difficulties which make school attendance difficult.

The successful applicant will:
•Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•Have a calm and consistent approach
•Have experience of working with SEND pupils
•Have a supporting and encouraging manner with children and an ability to inspire trust and to motivate the child in their care to integrate and learn through play
•Can be flexible and work as part of a team
•Be required to work closely with Class Teachers and staff, Parents, Special Needs Leader and Outside Agencies
•Be able to use their initiative in meeting the needs of the child and in adapting and/or developing activities and games that support the development of the child's independent communication and learning skills.
