Education Support Roles - BS16

Protocol Education are looking for enthusiastic students and graduates to gain hands-on experience in primary schools in BS16, including mainstream and SEN settings. This is perfect if you’re studying or have a keen interest in Education, Psychology, Social Sciences or Sports and want to explore a future career in teaching or pastoral support.

Roles available: Teaching Assistant, Cover Supervisor, Behaviour Support, Tutors, Admin and more.

Your role will involve:

• Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups, including wellbeing and emotional support

• Encouraging positive routines and engagement

• Working closely with teachers and pastoral teams

• Helping children feel safe, confident, and ready to learn

We’re looking for:

• Recent graduates or those taking their first step into education

• A patient, resilient, and empathetic approach

• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport

• Confidence supporting children needing encouragement or guidance

Pay & benefits:

• £13.75–£14.75 per hour, paid weekly via PAYE

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
