Job description
Protocol Education is a leading specialist provider that focuses on recruiting the best teachers and teaching assistants for jobs in schools across England. We are a fast growing team with a strong reputation who are looking for a confident and driven education recruitment consultant to help us build on an already successful desk as part of SEND South London team.

Role
Our recruitment consultants match top-quality candidates to a wide range of education roles. This particular position has a special focus on SEND schools, so a background in SEND education would be a distinct advantage. We will need you to retain the existing client base while building new relationships with local schools, with rewards related to your performance and clear career progression opportunities based on your success.

Responsibilities
As one of our consultants, you will need to provide a high level of customer service while excelling at influencing and negotiating. We're always busy, so you'll need to work quickly and collaborate well with colleagues, especially during our exciting and fast-paced booking sessions. This level of role would best suit someone with an existing background in recruitment who is comfortable supporting their junior colleagues.

A little about us...
We offer everyone who joins Protocol Education the opportunity to have a successful career in recruitment supported by our own industry-leading Learning and Development program.

Our Career Ladder allows you to progress all the way to Director without having to become a people manager. Our best Consultants have a voice at Protocol Education and help to shape our future.

We work differently to other recruitment agencies because we really do put our candidates first. We only expect you to call and meet with your clients if you have something to say that they want to hear. No awkward sales-calls for People of Protocol !

We want you to come into an environment where you can compete with your  colleagues straight away and so we ensure every single person who joins has a warm desk with clients and candidates who are already working with us.

This means you are able to earn commission from day one…..

We are more than just another recruitment company; we have listened to what our consultants have to say and have created an environment that lets you be you. We know you are more than an employee you are a person:

Protocol say dress how you want each day for work, just be you!

• Protocol will contribute to something you want to achieve – maybe a degree or singing lessons.

• Protocol  gives back to the community. Everyone has the chance to take two work days to work on something important in our local communities. We pay you to help others!

• Protocol  rewards success. In the last six months, 33 members of the team have been on all-expenses-paid weekends to Paris and Lisbon, the next location is Madrid !

If you feel you would be suitable for this role then please get in touch with Alex Conway on 020 8971 1294 or alternatively email at alex.conway@protocol-education.com

I look forward to hearing from you.

Alex Conway
