The Special Needs Team in the Protocol Education head office are hiring! We are looking for an ambitious, fun and career driven SEND Consultant'.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to build their career in recruitment and has a passion/interest for the education sector particularly within special education needs. You will have an experienced and driven team around you to support and help grow your business.

Some of the key roles & responsibilities include:
• Daily communication with our current candidate database to gain availability & providing a quality service
• Resourcing & recruitment of prospective candidates for the SEND sector phone vetting, virtual candidate interviews, management of the candidate compliance
• Developing a desk and servicing schools in Central, North and West London boroughs.


From day one you will be provided with a clear learning and development path to support & guide you through the job role: this support will be from your manager, your team members and also our dedicated learning and development team. Throughout your career with Protocol, you will have opportunities to attend relevant training courses to suit your job role/level to ensure your professional development continues.

We work a mixture of two shift patterns; 7 4.15pm and 9.15 6.30pm, and at present this is done via hybrid working: from the head office in Holborn and from home. During school holidays we reduce our working hours to 9 4pm.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
