Job description
We currently are seeking a new addition to our ever expanding team. We are Protocol Education and we are leaders in the field of education recruitment and have constantly grown and expanded over the last few years.

We are seeking an experienced recruitment consultant who is looking to develop a career within education recruitment with award winning training within the sector. You will be introduced to a warm desk with using clients (it means you earn commission from day 1) and you will be supported in developing you negotiating skills alongside the important element of building relationships with the schools you will be working with.

We are looking for someone who has a desire and passion to learn and develop their desk with a fully laid out career ladder and pathway designed to help you grow within the role. Ideally you will have sales experience or experience of working with schools who is now looking for a new pathway within the sector. Experience is not always crucial but a good communicator and someone who enjoys meeting people (candidates and clients) is the right element of the role.

Our training is what sets us apart from all of the competition, very in depth training regarding the sector, sales, recruitment and our wonderful in house booking system. All of this designed to help you develop within your role and to grow in confidence when meeting with clients (your schools) and new candidates when they come in to meet with you. When you make it to your first year you will see a massive growth in your desk and you will also find the uncapped commission is growing at a rate that you want it to grow by.

What we offer is a clear defined career ladder which rewards success and increases your basic and commission, this is all uncapped and how much you earn is down too you! We offer reduced working hours during schools holidays and have lots of incentives for everyone throughout the year. There are overseas sales conferences, end of term parties, boat trips and weekends away. We also have a casual dress policy (unless you meet with clients!) and we have Friday afternoon drinks in the office!
We are based in Kingston Upon Thames in the heart of the town and would like to hear from you if you would like an informal discussion to discuss the role in greater detail.
Call 0208 971 1284 and ask for the manager to have a discussion or email khalid.mahmood@protocol-education.com along with cv and good time to call.
