Job description

We are growing fast, and need confident education recruitment consultants to help us build on already successful desks as part of our offices across England.

Role: Our recruitment consultants match top-quality candidates to a wide range of education roles. This particular position has a special focus on primary and secondary schools, so a background in primary and/or secondary education would be a distinct advantage. We will need you to retain the existing client base while building new relationships with local schools, with rewards related to your performance and clear career progression opportunities based on your success.

Responsibilities: As one of our consultants, you will need to provide a high level of customer service while excelling at influencing and negotiating. We're always busy, so you'll need to work quickly and collaborate well with colleagues, especially during our exciting and fast-paced booking sessions. This level of role would best suit someone with an existing background in recruitment who is comfortable supporting their junior colleagues.

Offer: With a competitive commission scheme, an attractive annual salary and incentive prizes throughout the year, you will be well rewarded for your success. We invest in our staff through certified professional training, and our employees enjoy great benefits like reduced working hours over school holidays (9am - 4pm). Plus, you'll have the chance to work for a company that really puts people first.

If you are positive, motivated person who loves working with people and has a genuine ability to create lasting relationships, be part of our success by emailing your CV and a short introductory letter explaining why you are the best person for this role to HR@protocol-education.com
