Key Role Responsibilities
Business Success
• To meet both activity and financial targets on a weekly, monthly and termly basis
• To work with team members and colleagues across the business to meet and exceed
defined budget
• To focus on placing candidates into short-term, long-term and/or permanent assignments
• To provide a professional and personal service to both using and prospective Clients to
ensure maintenance and growth of your using client base.
Candidate Relationships
• To maintain and grow a pool of the highest quality candidates to meet business needs by
identifying and approaching suitable candidates through sourcing, advertising and
networking.
• To build long term professional Candidate relationships and endeavouring to always deliver
the highest standard of customer service reflecting the values of the Company.
• To provide a level of service that creates a positive and engaging journey for our candidates
Client Relationships
• To maintain and grow a Client portfolio by providing appropriate contact, sales and service
to using and prospective clients.
• To become a key staffing partner to Clients, addressing their immediate, future and
anticipated staffing needs by advertising, managing applications, interviewing and
providing a shortlist of suitable candidates
• To uphold the Company's core Values and maintain the highest quality standards to ensure
that the best service is provided to Clients and Client relationships are enhanced, reflecting the values of the Company.
