The branch is led by an experienced and charismatic branch manager who is passionate about coaching and mentoring his consultants, so they can fulfil their full potential. The team consists of experience consultants who are supportive and knowledge and take time to ensure new members feel a part of the team quickly.

The office is based in Tottenham court road and is our flagship office, so it is always a buzzing working environment. We also have a large break out area where you can consultants enjoy their breaks and even play PS4 and on Fridays enjoy Prosescco and beer from our mini bar. The successful candidate will be target driven and have the ability to manage existing schools whilst developing new business within Schools. You will also have extremely good communication and customer service skills and the ability to manage your time well.
Our experience shows that to be successful as a Recruitment Consultant you’ll have the ability to effectively build relationship and are looking to build a career as a Recruitment Consultant in the Education Sector or have worked in the recruitment industry. You will embrace hard work and be self-motivated to grow your desk and be successful.
