Job description
An exciting long term position has arisen at a very good Epsom based secondary school. Protocol Education are actively recruiting for a specialist Economics teacher from 1st September 2016.

For the correct person this opportunity could well become a permanent position.

The School is a co-educational Science Academy with state of the art facilities and, one of the first schools in the South East of England to thoroughly integrate iPads into their school. Every student either owning or having access to an iPad.

The successful candidate will be a professional classroom practitioner, who will be able to create an engaging environment, which is conducive to learning in order to secure the progress of all students.

The successful candidate will be suitably qualified, have experience teaching at KS 4 & 5 and be expected to deliver engaging and well planned lessons.

You will be required to work with a range of abilities and age groups, in varied classroom environments and sometimes with children with specific needs.

You will work closely with other school staff, and be able to take direction in terms of delivery.

You will need to build strong relationships with pupils and staff, whilst still maintaining professional boundaries and be proactive, friendly, outgoing and taking the initiative at all times.
