Job description
My client, a special educational needs provision in Nuneaton, are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic, dedicated, and patent teaching assistant/behaviour support work to join their outstanding team in September. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and highly dedicated team of professionals, who strive to improve the lives of the young people within their care.

You will ideally be an experienced TA, with a background in working with students who have severe behavioural difficulties. On a day to day basis, you will be working one to one and group basis with student who have behaviour difficulties, so you must have sound behaviour management skills as well as the ability to take clear instruction from the class teacher. Prior knowledge of working with IEP's is also highly beneficial, as the school would welcome applicants who are able to truly hit the ground running.

As with any vacancy of this nature, you must be patient, dedicated, and also be able to build strong and lasting relationships with the students under your care. This school works with someone of Nuneaton's most vulnerable children, so while you will experience constant challenges, you will also have the opportunity to dramatically improve the lives of these students.

For more information, please contact Jed Downing on 0116 216 2122 or apply via the advertisement. Due to the high volume of applicants, if you have not heard from us within 48 hours, please assume that you have been unsuccessful for this particular role.
