Job description
ARE YOU A BEHAVIOUR SPECIALIST?

DO YOU HAVE A PASSION FOR SUPPORTING STUDENTS WITH EBD/ADHD?

My client is an EBD school based in Hayes that caters for pupils with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties. Each student has additional needs identified on their statement of SEN such as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Autistic Spectrum Disorder, and very challenging behaviour. All pupils find learning very difficult and attainment on entry is below average. In addition, the school provides a short term intervention programme (First Steps) for up to eight children aged 3 - 5 who do not have statements.

The school are currently looking for strong support staff to work 1-1 and in groups with their students. To apply for this role you MUST have some experience working with challenging behaviour. The position will start immediately and will be a long term leading to a permanent post.

In return we can offer you your own dedicated consultant, CPD training and competitive rates of salary.

If you or anyone you know are suitable candidate please get in touch.

Please note: We undertake safeguarding checks on all our workers in accordance with the DfE statutory guidance 'Keeping Children Safe in Education'. As part of these checks, we require a current Enhanced DBS Disclosure for everyone working in schools. If you do not have a valid subscription to the DBS Update Service, we will require you to complete a new DBS application as part of the registration process, at a cost of £44.00.
