Job description
My client, a Good Ofsted graded alternative provision in Middlesbrough, are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Behaviour Support Mentors for Long Term roles within the school. The Multi Academy Trust have 3 different sites across Middlesbrough so all candidates that are interested must be able to drive and have access to their own transport. They are looking for candidates who have experience of working with secondary or primary aged pupils and who are comfortable with pupils that display challenging behaviour or have social emotional mental health. You must be resilient and have a flexible attitude.

The ideal candidate would have some experience of working with children who display challenging behaviour, who have social, emotional and mental health or autism or who have a sport background who are calm and that want to be a good role model for pupils.
