Job description
Are you a Behaviour specialist Teaching Assistant seeking a new role? Do you enjoy working with children and want to educate the future generation?

I am recruiting on behalf of a friendly and stimulating school in the witham area which enables the pupils to benefit from strong education. This school is seeking a passionate, dedicated individual to work on a one to one basis with a Year 5 pupil with EBD.

The successful candidate would be:

A strong communicator, able to build a rapport with young people

Patient and empathetic

Flexible and adaptable

Reliable and committed to the school and students’ improvement

Enthusiastic and engaging

Able to work alongside the teacher and independently

This position is open to anyone with a minimum of 3 months of experience working as an EBD focused Teaching Assistant but a TA qualification at Level 2 or higher is advantageous. If you're interested in this position with Protocol Education, apply today.
