An effective and small EBD School are looking for a dependable Support Assistant who would be excited to become part of a close-knit team!
For this role you must be a conscientious Teaching Assistant who can show a desire to work with children who have additional needs. You must show the ability to establish yourself as a role model to the pupils, showcasing the traits required for future success.
At this school, as a Support Assistant you will be moving throughout the school to match demand and you will be giving students the academic and emotional support they need to thrive.
The school works with pupils who have been excluded or cannot attend main stream school. There are many reasons a pupil may not be able to attend, anxiety, disruptive behaviour, mental health needs are all some of the reasons a pupil may not be able to attend a mainstream school.
