Job description
Early Years Teacher – Bradford

A play based Early Years setting in a 2 form entry school in Bradford, are currently seeking a creative and well-organised Early Years Teacher to work in their unit. The teacher will be responsible for all class planning and preparation, ensuring that play based learning is imaginative to engage children of all abilities. The unit is open plan including ages 3-5 years. The right person should demonstrate a clear understanding of moderation and the attainment expectations involved. This school believes in working together as a team to support the needs of all staff and children. This role is set to last for a minimum of 2-terms, to provide long-term sickness cover.

The ideal candidate will be/have:

* At least 12 months experience within a similar setting

* QTS or a PGCE

* A positive approach to teaching

* The ability to build good relationships with the staff and children

* Enthusiasm and the ability to engage pupils through effective learning
