Early Years SEND Teaching Assistant - Gateshead - Immediate Start

Early Years can be magical. It can also be loud, busy, and unpredictable.

A fantastic primary school in Gateshead is looking for an Early Years TA to support children with high levels of need in their EYFS provision.

Working hours are 8.30am to 3.30pm, term time.

• Supporting pupils with complex SEND needs

• Helping children manage emotions and transitions

• Building positive, trusting relationships

• Adapting learning with the class teacher

• Championing every small step forward

You’re perfect for this if you

• Have SEND or SEMH experience

• Stay calm when behaviour escalates

• Understand regulation comes before learning

• Genuinely care about early intervention

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
